The 2012 Highlights of ASH® in Atlanta, Georgia will be held at the W Atlanta Midtown hotel. When you call to make your hotel reservation for Highlights of ASH®, please identify yourself as an American Society of Hematology meeting attendee. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time their reservation is made.

Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, or failure to check in, you will be charged one night’s room rate (plus tax).
Ground Transportation
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport is located 12 miles and the Peachtree-Dekalb Airport is 11 miles from the W Atlanta Midtown.
Taxi service is readily available from the airport to the hotel at a flat rate of $32, plus $2 for each additional passenger.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $30 per day.
