2Allied health professionals and non-member residents and fellows: You must provide proof of status in order to register at this rate. Allied health professionals may provide a copy of an employee ID, professional license, or letter from your supervisor on your institution’s letterhead. Non-member residents and fellows must provide an original letter on your institution's letterhead, signed by a training program director, which states that you are currently enrolled in a training program. This documentation must be presented at time of registration.
