Government Concierge

ASH understands that Federal agencies within the U.S. government are adjusting and developing new guidelines for conference attendance for their employees, and that each Agency will have their own policy. Given that the parameters for attendance authorization are different today than in the past, ASH has established a Government Concierge to assist interested persons with information that will help them with their attendance request and application. If there is information needed for your application for funding approval that you cannot locate on the ASH website, you may send an email to the ASH Government Concierge for assistance.

Given that approval for attendance may be granted later than in previous years, the Government Concierge will also make its best effort to assist Federal employees with available hotel room needs as well. A limited number of hotel rooms within the Federal per diem rate for New Orleans have been secured at select hotels, and these may be requested on a first-come, first-serve basis, once your approval has been secured from your agency and your registration has been purchased from ASH.
