Interact With ASH
Located in the Exhibit Hall, the ASH Booth provides an opportunity to learn about the Society’s resources and opportunities for hematologists at all career levels. ASH staff are available to answer questions about ASH meetings, resources, and initiatives and to assist with membership applications and renewals. Various ASH products are also for sale at the booth, with deep product discounts available exclusively at the annual meeting.
ASH offers a variety of products to aid hematologists in their professional development. At the ASH Store, attendees can browse the latest ASH educational products and apply for or renew their membership.

Network and Unwind
Small conference rooms for 10-20 people will be available for attendees to collaborate in a more private space to facilitate networking and collaboration. Rooms will be pre-set with a conference table and chairs, a flat screen monitor, and cables to connect laptops. Each attendee will be limited to one 45-minute reservation per day.
Please note space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Back-to-back reservations are prohibited, and no catering or additional audio visual equipment is permitted.
Collaboration rooms are intended for non-commercial attendees (physicians, researchers, etc.) to meet with each other. They are not designed nor available for industry representatives to conduct meetings of a commercial nature. Industry is welcome to request ancillary event space or exhibitor meeting rooms.
Interested in reserving a room? The collaboration room request site will open September 26, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. EST. Reservations may also be made through the annual meeting mobile app closer to the meeting or on site in ASH Central.
Multiple seating areas with tables and chairs will be placed in the lobby areas of the convention center to enable attendees to meet one another for informal, impromptu conversations and small meetings. Look for "Hematology MeetUp" areas designated on the convention center map to find the nearest location.
ASH Foundation Donor Lounge
Gifts of all amounts to the ASH Foundation are always helpful and appreciated. With cumulative annual giving of $250 or more, you can access the ASH Foundation Donor Lounge during the annual meeting. In addition, individuals with cumulative annual giving of $2,500 or more will receive an invitation to the President’s Reception in recognition of their support at that level. Finally, qualified donors are eligible for a selection of time-sensitive benefits associated with the registration process for the ASH annual meeting.
Located in ASH Central, the Trainee Lounge offers a space for trainees to meet with colleagues and recharge with complimentary refreshments. Only those with a blue trainee badge will be permitted.
Capture the excitement of the annual meeting with your friends and colleagues by taking a photo in the ASH selfie zone, located in ASH Central. Various props and backdrops will be available and will change daily.

Resources for Parents
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or poster halls. Additionally, ASH prohibits children and infants in sessions, as they may distract the speakers and other attendees. Each year, ASH makes arrangements to provide subsidized child-care services during the ASH annual meeting, beginning on the Friday before the meeting. More information about child-care services at the 60th ASH Annual Meeting will be available in mid-2018.
Dedicated lounges will be available for nursing mothers in safe, accessible areas throughout the convention center. Each nursing mother’s lounge will provide a private, comfortable area equipped with lockable doors, furniture, and power outlets to use for pumping sessions during the ASH annual meeting.back to top
