ASH Live: Remote Session Viewing
Experience select sessions located elsewhere in the convention center without having to navigate through the building. Attendees will be able to view the session slides from television monitors/screens in the remote session viewing area and will be provided with headphones so that they may listen to the speaker. Treadmills will also be located in this area so that participants can walk while viewing sessions. back to top
Small conference rooms for 10-20 people will be available for attendees to collaborate in a more private space to facilitate networking and collaboration. Rooms will be pre-set with a conference table and chairs, a flat screen monitor, and cables to connect laptops. and each attendee will be limited to one 45-minute reservation per day.
Interested in reserving a room? Reservation requests may be submitted beginning September 27 through the ASH site. Reservations may also be made on site in ASH Central or through the annual meeting mobile app. Please note space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Back-to-back reservations are prohibited, and no catering or additional audio visual equipment is permitted.back to top

Resources for Parents
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or poster halls. Additionally, ASH prohibits children and infants in sessions, as they may distract the speakers and other attendees.
ASH has made arrangements with KiddieCorp to provide subsidized child-care services at the meeting beginning on Friday, December 8, through Tuesday, December 12. KiddieCorp staff members are bonded and trained child-care specialists. The cost to parents will be $5 per hour, per child, with a two-hour minimum required per child, per day. Snacks, light meals, and beverages will be provided each day.

Nursing mothers will have a calm, restful environment for their pumping sessions during the ASH annual meeting. Each nursing mother’s lounge will provide a private, comfortable area equipped with lockable doors, furniture, and power outlets.
Lounges will be available in safe, accessible areas throughout the convention center. For exact locations, please refer to the annual meeting app or to the printed ASH Campus Map on site.
A refrigerator will be available in the child care room for safe storage.back to top

is a daily newscast in video format featuring previews and highlights from each day of the 59th ASH Annual Meeting. ASH News TV can be viewed in select hotels’ guest rooms, on the shuttle buses, in various locations at the Georgia World Congress Center, and on the ASH website. ASH Foundation Donor Lounge
Gifts of all amounts to the ASH Foundation are always helpful and appreciated. With cumulative annual giving of $250 or more, you can access the ASH Foundation Donor Lounge during the annual meeting. In addition, individuals with cumulative annual giving of $2,500 or more will receive an invitation to the President’s Reception in recognition of their support at that level. Finally, qualified donors are eligible for a selection of time-sensitive benefits associated with the registration process for the ASH annual meeting. ASH meetings are accessible to persons with disabilities. Please indicate any assistance you may require at the annual meeting during the registration process and you will be contacted by someone from the ASH staff to discuss your specific needs.
For persons requiring mobility assistance, ASH has partnered with Scootaround Mobility Solutions for rental of mobility scooters. Please reserve at least two weeks in advance by calling 888-441-7575 in order for Scootaround Mobility Solutions to provide seamless access.
ASH has partnered with Kushner & Associates for wheelchair-accessible ASH shuttles from hotels on the shuttle route. Please see the ASH shuttle supervisor at the Georgia World Congress Center during shuttle hours or make advance arrangements by phone.

The Georgia World Congress Center Business Center is run by FedEx Office and is located in Building A, Level 4, International Boulevard Concourse.
