Upcoming Town Halls

Senators and Representatives frequently hold town hall meetings in their states and districts in order to hear from the electorate. These town hall meetings provide an excellent opportunity to educate policy makers about the importance of funding for NIH and the role this funding plays in understanding, preventing, treating, and curing blood diseases and conditions. All Members of Congress need to hear from their constituents about the need to adequately fund NIH and ASH strongly encourages you to participate in a town hall meeting to communicate with legislators.

Below is a list of upcoming town hall meetings being held around the country. This list will be updated regularly as new town hall meetings are scheduled. ASH has also developed a guide to make the town hall experience even easier for you. The guide includes tips, sample questions, and talking points. Also available are frequently asked questions about sequestration.
